They use a system of perpetual reserves to add the reserve wines to their non-vintage wines giving a greater level of complexity to the wines. On the nose aromas of white flowers, a lovely green apple, oyster shells and anise come through. The palate is zesty with orange, toast and a really lovely long finish.
